Zarqa Refinery Enlargement Settlement Signed
AMMAN — Honeywell UOP on Tuesday introduced the signing of an agreement with the Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company (JPRC) to facilitate a $1.6 billion growth of its refinery in Zarqa.
The growth will improve the capacity of the facility to one hundred twenty,000 barrels per day and allow JPRC to upgrade the quality of its product to meet Euro V emissions specs, in keeping with an announcement from Honeywell UOP.
